If i remember correctlly, you need to be at lvl 23. Then you go to Kraag and the Entrance is far in the left (9 o'clock).
HOpe you can find. and See you in Stronghold :)

If I remember right I think you can enter Nordr before lvl 23 if you are with a party... I thought it tells you something about not going alone. (Can any one confirm this?)
Either way, once through the gate you will have to run first map and then enter stronghold at end of map.
