Lvl 23 Ezeria Ice Blast staff?

I've been Playing PL for 3-4 months now starting with a mage I came across a lvl 23 staff that kicked butt im sure u have seen many like it the white staff with small blue gem on top. Now I have looked several times in auction and played where I think drops the loses lvl I find is lvl 28. An Ice blast staff 5 lvls lower the any thing like it is this one of those ubber rare green named items or have I been holding on to trash for 3 months?

I have never seen a level 23 Ice Blast staff. It is definitely an oddity. Ice blast staffs below 28 are rare and below 25 I wouldn't have thought existed ;)

This was my same conclusion the lowest common is 28 but I thought I saw a 25 once but don't quote me on that but I have specifacly kePt my eye out for this one and still haven't seen and every one I ask hasn't either. If any one has one or maybe knows of one pls post here would be much appreated.

I'm pretty sure I have a 26 and have at least seen a 25, but 23 is very strange. I mean that's like a level 28 swamp item, or a level 33 AO1 item ;)

So is this a one of a kind one out of a hundred it's a green name dose that mean their is a purp or a pink one out there?

It's possible, but it would have to be very rare. I've never seen a pink ice blast below 29 or maybe 28 personally

its easy to farm lvl 23 items nowadays after the update where we farm items at our lvl...

Lvl 23 farmers can farm it easy at lost expedition

Guys my friend has 2 lvl 21s and i have a blast staff lvl 19 myself
