Depends on what people think about the gem.. still debatable is it worth or not, even twinks think twice before gemmed to their gear..

Only the mana worth it , proc is almost useless.

Yeah I've heard that they work real well on high dps weapons but dunno what the prevailing opinion on them will be.
Might hedge my bets and sell a few now and stash a few.

Yeah and just not sure how many people would be willing to trade stats for mana. My rouge is a total mana pig but I'm not really sold on giving up dex for one of these.

Try it, then comment. As for the proc related. Well. A time shift and fireball do DoT and AoE so the proc rate could be higher for us. Or more noticeable. The thing is... More skulls don't stack the effect
