I have been thinking alot about this lately & decided i would take it to forums.
SO! What i mean by a "Cs Offering System" is if theres an item in cs that you want to buy but you dont want to pay the price its listed for so you offer for it.
Example: Savage Helm is 350k in cs. You only want to pay 275k for it. So you tap something that says "Offer" beside it(or below whatever) and type in how much u wanna pay. Then as time passes more people come along and start to bid on it.
So its kind of like a bid system more than an offering system. I know its a bit confusing, sorry! It just seems like a cool idea to me:)
