If the mythic ring was top of 2 seasons and still usefull, arcane ring will top of 3 seasons and useful in lvl56 still? Just wondering..

Id say arcane ring is at least usefull until a new myth ring in next level cap, perhaps even 2 caps... so probably another year or so... lol

Sts won't have any plans for new cap till next Year, I think arcane ring will still be good after next 1,5 year.
