Im making a lvl 10 twink bird and i was wondering if anyone could tell me the best build withn attributes and skills

Depends on what you want to do with your bird and if you are willing to invest in a respec. PvP? PvE? Group or solo?

switch and i think i am going to go dex bear btu dont really know what to put skills and attributes in

Dex bear is good, I like bears best actually because of access to Rage.

You should be able to use a gun and 2 str armors if you boost right.
