Not at the moment
The only Arcane Items available are as follows:
Blackbeard's Nefarious Hooks (Rogue) Level 26
Maul of Ollerus (Warrior) Level 31
Ker'shal Scepter (Mage) Level 36
Arcane Shard (Any class) - Ingredient in crafting Rendtails Dragonstone Ring
Rendtails Dragonstone Ring (Any class) Level 41
Arcane Fossil (Any class) - Ingredient to craft Nekro Egg
Hammerjaw
Glacian
Samael
Shady and Surge
The Brothers Whimm
Singe
Nekro

Thats mythic helm and armor lvl 36 not arcane

Just to clear things up there's arcane in the name it's not actually arcane rarity
