If you have a lepre and you get luck elix or buy it, then farming Jarl in backenridge backenridge for locked grand crates of the watch, this is probably the fastest and easiest, you will see a lot of people doing this. unfortunately locks are not worth that much any more so it still takes a lot of farming. Or if you have plat you can open them and maybe get lucky and loot a mythic... odds are slim but some people do loot good stuff fast, others have spent tons of plat opening locks for nothing.
If you run elites then people farm elite tindrin...
