Couple of questions...

1)Are lvl 40+ Mythics even a thing? I can only see lvl 30 fang amulets in shop is that highest? If they can get any higher lvl how much higher?
2)What's the best possible armor set for a 39+ Rogue without being full mythic/arcane

1.)yes it is, lvl 40+ mythics are weapons not necklace, ring,armor,helm.
2.)im sorry i cant help you with that i use full mythic on my rogue.

there are lvl 40+ one, its an elondrian bow... it cost alot tho more than 10mill, the lvl 30 mythic bow is more for twinks, because when u reach 41 legendary bows have better stats already.

There are two mythic weapons at 41. Elondrian and the Halloween ones. The best armor set for rogue with mythic would be ancient Druid, but I'd go for mythic since you get way more damage.
