fire+light stun question

Hello fellow toons.
I have a query regarding the stunlock with the fire+lightning
If you stun with fire and the try to stun with lighting right after, this could work?. Supposedly if the lighting stun kicks in.

If you mean in pvp then no because of stun immunity. There's a time where you can't be stunned after being stunned. But panic doesn't follow this rule. Best stunlock is fireball + sam/slag. Hope that answers your question :)

Yes i think so too. Also the proc from runic does the same
