Are you able to tell if someone is wearing a platium item?

I have a platium and coin armour/weapons that looks exactly the same the only thing difference is the stats...
If thats the case why would anyone buy the platium premium pack? Those cash items do not stand out at all.

The only thing that your supposed to be able to tell is a platinum item is "Vanity", hence the word.

With the exception of one of the pack items: conqs helmet or something like that... But it's a green closed face, u won't see those until swamps as drops

Uh lvl 15-19 and 27-30 closed helms drop all te time. And the green closed helm is a plat item.
