Question about Para gem upgrade

So I have perfect elon gun, +9 dazzling cowl, +9 refined garb, +9 ruby, +11 lunar. Wondering if I should plug a para gem in and where. It seems that elons with a para are selling for more. Can someone explain to me the pros and cons if there are any and where I might put the para if I use it? Thanks for the help in advance.

My suggestion is:
1. Buy an imperfect elon gun.
2. Upgrade that gun with para gem.
3. Sell your current perfect elon gun.

Nobody has confirmed it, it's only my guess, based on past and current events' gear, and also some statements from STG regarding itemization and planar arena.
