Support login trouble

Trying to login to support site to make a ticket about fyber...enter email and password, goes to next page but saying 'welcone guest' and at the top of the screen its saying 'email address is needed". Pretty sure im typing my email in! :(
Heeelp, its annoying me and i really wanna make this ticket!
