ANY armor?

So, in the shadow veil i just noticed that this update might be horrifying...
Let's take a Look.

Is it really "ANY" armor? Because it says
Does that mean that mobs armor is increased ALONG with ours?
Because if it is, I'm respecing right now...
EITHER this is just me being bad at grammar,the upgrade being written badly, or this upgrade plain sucks...
Anyone know? And please dont just comment "OMG SO OBVIOUS" or so, because I'm not famous for being the smartest in arlor ^^

It's not gonna buff enemies armor. That would suck if it did
