Why are the first 5 bars darker than the next? Also, according to Glutt's guide, there is negative reputation. How come you can't give that anymore, and how come no one has a negative rep?

The next 6 bars require twice the number of points to earn. Maybe that can explain it.
That makes sense according to Glutt's guide.

The first 5 (the darker green ones) require 100 rep points per bar.
the next 6 (the light green ones) require 200 rep points per bar (for a total of 11 bars)

There is no more red bars (aka negative reputation bars) because when people click the green thumb, there is now no "I disapprove" option for the rep power button
