OKaaaaaaaaaaaaaay....
BEAR vs FOX : FOX dies.
MAGE vs FOX: FOX dies.
~why? > FOX can't do much while its stunned by hellscream or frozen by frostbite.
Since foxes only can free themselves with their own buff (makes no sense to me), they r completely reliable on their dodge (wich I don't do with 39 dodge as L27). why can't fox free themselves with the ability bandage? (AKA Heal) or FOX HOWL? (same as Avian scream of bird).
I'm getting tired to be trash talked by OP FBOW bears,Mages, PLAT pack bears even worse.
If only these people who don't know how to use a fox understood my frustration they would have more respect for people that PvP on a fox (yes I know how to use fox, not new).
What's your opinons about this fellow rangers?

Honestly stuns are a problem because evade only frees u from one freeze/stun per use. Meaning that foxes get stunned / frozen everytime after that 1 free. But if we do get their evade like rhino's guardian, I feel like foxes will be a bit overpowered. I do agree as a lower level fox, it is annoying to be constantly stunned and being so dodge reliant. On a side note, foxes dodge more than birds when they have the same dodge. Being a warbird sucks more lol

Edit: Oh and they completely ruin ctf games.

I know right, I'll just level my fox to endgame as soon as I can, and might take some stops at other lvls to see if things are diffrent.

Sts nerfed fox while back by making their dodge skill last longer and have longer cooldown. It used to be like bears taunt without stacking but still infinite buff. It worked fine but after nerf fox is really annoying to play with because all you can do against frost is throw out all ranged skills and its totally not enough damage to kill anyone

It depends on your build, I got a universal build atm that works for all classes. I kill every class really, mage is eziest: just save your hypnotize, and armour shredder/ howl after their heal and they will die, str bears are 60% win rate, beckon stop talon bears are really my weakness but they can be conquered if you tank while pecking them using iceberg and hallo armour. Bt I understand where you come from with the non unroot thing.

i did L22 fox once. For bears use the bear 1h sword pack with blacksmiths rmor. if u use hammer then use blacksmiths rmor and the fine/conquers helm from the bear 1h sword pack(i think that is what it was called)
with bears using sword: vixen, howl, rabid, ham, pull, poison, (2nd time): rabid, vixen, ham, howl, poison, pull...... should be dead by now! if not repeat times 1 and 2 again...
for dex/int mages.... Gurus Hammer, Helm from 1H Sword Pack, Blacksmith's Rmor

for bears with talon/bow: The Tanky Sword Set above in vs str bear or Nukey Hammer set also in str bear

Just switch sets when fighting classes eg str bears / pally go dex when fighting Dex birds and int mages go str. Fox have many combos so deals lots of DMG. Gl on our fawxing up ppl! (:

go dex? but this is 1. L22.... not enuff skilll points for good dex items yet 2. do u mean switch between tanky and nukey set?
EDIT: in addition i have 22 int for regen and decently op crit

I'll be honest Fox isn't easiest class to use, but to me that's what makes it better. Think of it like this
You master Fox allowing you to not only dominate but allows you to master something very few can do.
As someone who uses foxes(Not a master yet D:
I know for a fact it can be hard, but the same way legendary hero's slay their challenges by out smarting them= the same way you can win with Fox
If you find Fox difficult try kiting. While this is said to be non-existent-it's actually possible against almost all classes if done write.
I'm still devolving my kite but I'm sure you can do the same
It might seem hard but trust me -You are never weaker, only thinking lower if you think you can't win with Fox

Kiting with fox is using these skills: hypnotize, darts, needles, vixen
You hypno rabid needles, which is like beckon stomp sms then if for example a bear tryies to come back at you, you dart em.

The only thing i know about foxes at endgame is that if bear don't dodge, fox with bow can kill him in 3 seconds.

The chances of a bear not dodging (meaning that bear would dodge 0 times) is really low. ofc bear will have buffs and its a 76/77 str set bear

Hmm from what i saw a fox was killing bear in about 3-4 seconds and the bear was using savage and fully buffed in a 1vs1.(i think it is because of the damage buff they have)
I haven't see any bird killing bears in less than 6-9 seconds. This is my experience i could be wrong.

I've seen a bear die to a bird in 2 shots (break and blind) took 2 seconds..
but i've seen foxes do it pretty fast too........

Foxes have to be lucky, both classes are close ranged fights and bear WILL overpower fox a lot due to: cb, hs, crip, stuns, dodges, and ofc beckon stomp
