mythic mission that boosts stats

hi can u explain me how it works or where i can read about it?

a friend told me that if i have set mythic i get a mission and then stats get boosted, i cant understand that since i go to auction and i test mythic helm and armour and i lose

460 health
18 damage
20 dps
370 armour

but we removed pets, weapon, ring and necklace and we only keep helmet and armour and he has better stats than me, he claims that happens using helm level 26 and armour 31?!?!?!?!

please help :)

Your "friend" is trolling you, kinda.

lvl26 mythic helm and lvl31 mythic armor have a quest to upgrade them both to lvl36, the items he is wearing are lvl36 not 26 and 31

he is not trolling me, he told me of a mission but he cant explain very well, so if i buy them and use them both (no need for other mythic) i can upgrade them to 36 too?

and if i sell them later they will be again 21 and 26 right? cause i cant find level 36 in auction.

And once you do the mission and upgrade them to 36 you can NEVER sell them again (but it IS worth it).
