does paracelsus stone give 30+ dmg ?

when i see the itens in auc with para gem, the stats just show me a 4.7 gain ( im talking about mythic ring ) or another small gains ( i tested lvl 36 mythic daggers too )
but some ppl said that it gives more dmg ( i think that's because the dmg % bonus thing )
So, it gives a little dmg when u buy a item with this gem socked and a high dmg when yourself put the gem ?

Yes, you can only see the small damage increase while inspecting the item with para gem. But when you equipped an item with para gem that damage is multiplied with your bonus damage and you can see that its more than jsut 4.7 increase. You can reach 30+ damage increase with bonus damage of more than 400%.

You can only see that 2dmg + while inspecting stats. When you wear it, The 5+ dmg works. That 5+ damage don't stack tho. Means if you have 2 para stone you won't be getting 7+7 damage but 7+2 damage. Hope it helped

Btw when i said 5+ damage/ 2+ damage i meant damage bonus!
A para gem can give u like 30-40 damage added to your stat.
