Item descriptions

I haven't been playing the game very long and I've read here on the forums that some weapons/items have procs on them but there seems to be a lot of guesswork regarding the nature of some procs.

I think that the procs and their effects etc should be shown in the item description.

If there is already a way to tell if there is a proc on a weapon could someone tell me :)

Yes there needs to be help with the procs as people need to figure them out there selves need to be some sort of guide
