After a successful download as if was patching, I received a could not write android.pak2 error. I know you guys are busy. Thanks

getting an "unknown reason -18" here for android as well.

Delete and reinstall. If that doesn't work, unmount sd card, and then delete/reinstall.

judgementbow: Error -18 means there's a bad temp file on your sdcard from a partial installation.

There are a couple ways to deal with this:

1) Work around the problem: Uninstall, unmount your sdcard, install, then remount it and move it to the sdcard (if you want it to be on the sdcard).
2) Fix the problem: Find the .android_secure directory on the sdcard and remove the 'smdl2tmp1.asec' file. You can either do this by mounting the sdcard on a computer, or with a file manager app.

done. Found it after a little searched. Assumed it was a PL problem at first. Thanks for the answer though Futumsh.

Thanks guys. Issue was resolved but the try try again method. However, I will delete and reinstall tomorrow after i burn the midnight oil lving to 56
