Planar is so tough i feel that legendary players cant pass through it until next cap comes and we enter with 46 level gear.

But if they accommodated it to legendary players the 10% of the max players would find it too easy and would be running through it like wt4
It's a big gap between legendary and maxed out players so it's a tricky situation to fix

Have they read the comments of the maxed out players? They said its a waste of ankhs and time, because of the bad loot. It's not worth the input.
They played it to get the AP and left.

Lol then you have met some weird players, once the tombs are released on the real server all maxed out players will try and get a mythic pendant.

Aggreed but because of its expected worth not for difficulty of the maps.
