They are pretty good about this if you email support.

asommers, can you please let us know the exact conversion rate of a single respec (skills and stats) to platinum? thanks.

Respec to platinum respec rates were variable - if you had respecs, and had purchased them, platinum from 5 respec package purchases were refunded (at full price), then platinum from 1 respec package purchases were refunded, until you had no remaining available respecs or no remaining respec package purchases.
