Grand gem rate is atrocious

Since Halloween event, I haven't been able to get a single grand gem. Must have burned over 100s by now. This is not normal. Anyone with the same experience?
And no, i didnt use plats to speed up the crafting process.
Kindly look it up.

I got 5 this morning between 6 characters. Seems fine to me. And no, I did not speed them up either.

I had same thing op said. I platted through one slot over 75 times, fade did same one about 25 times. Then it finally went when I tried again. Yeah.. :/

I have been granding 6 slots between 2 toons for the past week every 12 hours.. all fail. Blood gems on hellish

Its actually been better for me this week. Only geming one thing each on 3 toons but I've got 3 grands so far this week.
