What is the best lvl to rouge pvp build i want buy the best items for my rouge and need to know for what lvl ? Ty.

Pvp lv1, use forerunner helm and guardian armor, and lepre, get it full para and singe :p

In lv1 i use warr, mountain grinder, guardian armor and frist.
