View Full Version : Problem after new client
Sorry if its already mentioned before, I searched forums a bit and didn't find anything about it yet.
After I downloaded the new client, it keeps saying this:

-I have enough storage left on my phone (1gb free, which should be enough I hope??)
Device is htc one s, android 4.1.1
I already tried reinstalled the app and restarting my phone, but it didn't work..
Anyone has something to fix this? Or some news that devs are working on it?

i had same problem i close whole game out reopen it and it reinstalled updates again 3 times i had to reinstall it. now it works for me.

Wow very problematic game and still re downloading the patch and by the way another one when you start the game loading screen a nativex offer stops the loading and it's hard to close cuz no close button or something

Mine is saying the samething, I even unistalled some games and restarted and dowoaded like 8 more times...pleass Fix!

My data is in my device storage and I'm not using an SD card, yet this same problem happens to me. I'm not sure what's causing this but I really hope the developers are working on fixing this issue.
Yeah I've deleted several apps and files too, I'm sure I have enough storage now.
Reinstalled app 2 times now, doesn't seem to work.
My phone works with intern and extern memory (no idea what it is exactly lol -.-") and I have it stored on extern. Tried removing to intern, but then my app won't even start..

if you're still having the problem , please be sure to delete all the unecassary files, check the recycle bin too... also be sure you dont have any SD cards in your phone, remove the SD and try to clear all the unwanted files etc,

Awesome client update STS. After once installed. I must download all patches every time before i want play game. Sometimes 5x in row because "could not write patch3...." issue. Its really annoying.
Before client update i had no problems.

arcane legends now needs...80MB storage too...try to completely see what things u dont need...

If your Arcane Legends app installed in your SD card, try this
1. Move it to Device ( setting,application,arcane lagends,move to device)
2. Start AL, wait until all patch update finish.
3. Login as normal
This steps worked for me. I tried to move it back to SD card and start it, but application automatic close/quit. So i kept this app on my device and no problem after that, i can play AL again..
My device, samsung galaxy tab 1 (P1000).
please disable ur airplane mode option...
for removing the SD card...i need to know what device you are using...

arcane legends now needs...80MB storage too...try to completely see what things u dont need...

my tablet are old, just have 500mb ram..but after i performed all step, i can play AL once again..No more re-patching every time i start up AL. Sorry if my method doesnt help you. You can move it back to SD card, but you will facing same issue as before.

Yeah its or the patch problem, or it just won't start at all..
I guess ill try to play on my bro's tab lol.

Its from yesterday patch. i never had problems till yesterday when they did an update. They fixed the first players who had it, now with the fix some other players have this lol....
Cleaned phone a bit more, did a few more reinstallings.. and it worked :O
idk what made it work again exactly lol.. but problem solved for now.. tnx for advice everyone :)

Apparently I have to redownload all patches again every time after I close the app.. it says I have too less memory again ugh.. -.-" I know this isn't it now, because I could download all before..
Hope a fix comes soon ^^

Ok i have a fix now,
Set the game on your device instead of SD card. Run the game it will download patch again. After that i can connect to game.
To be sure the redownloadin patches are gone, i closed ap again and restarted and its fixed!!! No redownloading issues.

You need to put the App into the internal memory instead of the SD card.
