WORKAROUND: If you have an installed SD card, move the data out of your SD card so that the game is stored all on the local memory (and not the SD card) some users have reported this to correct the issue and allow them to play.

Are you re-downloading patch files after updating to the new Arcane Legends Android client version 1.2.3.0?

If so, we would like to hear more details from you. Can you please reply with the following information:

Your Device:
* What make and model is it?
* What OS version is it running
* How much free storage space is available on it?
* Do you have an installed memory card expanding your memory?

The game needs to write a cache to your device to store the patches. If you have something that blocks an app from writing to your device, that could be the culprit.

Additionally, it would be helpful for you to take a screenshot of the device manager listing for Arcane Legends that looks like the below:

Can you also reply (or edit your post) to include specifically what problem you are encountering? I assume it is that the patch re-downloads, but is it re-downloading when you re-launch the app, every time you zone, or what? Thanks again for the info.

I have done an uninstall, re-install, and clearing the cache of my device since I think it would be fixed when installed on a clean slate. Still not working. After I finish downloading all of the patches the app got stuck on the screen with the Dog walking (No "Loading" or "Authenticating" indicated at the bottom), so I just force closed the app and checked my device status. I have 1.5 GB free space left so storage won't be an issue. I can play without any issues on the previous version though

Looks like work fine on my phone that's nice cuz I can't send app to sd card just I want to know what is the function of this nativex locker stops the game wherever they are loading, login in, login out, wherever untik you find the way of quit out this lock the game stop and for a while the game crash out to desktop so there are a way to disable this?

I didn't have this problem until I was forced to download the client that was supposed to fix it. Moving the game to phone memory has allowed me to actually play again however the constant dc while trying to run elites in a party has still not been addressed.
My phone is a low end lg running android.

I didn't have this problem on my phone on the old clients Just in the current one (1.2.3.0)

-storage 150mb internal memory, 1gb external memory
-SD card 2gb

(Here I don't download the patchs yet)

I've been experiencing a lot of troubles lately. I moved the app to my internal memory on my tablet, and patch 63 has finally dowloaded . On my phone, I'll uninstall the app since I'll have to use internal memory to run it.
My devices :
-Samsung Note Pro
-6 GB of internal memory.
-Running Kit Kat 4.4.2
Doesn't get passed the authentication screen.

Had this issue on my Samsung Galaxy Note II. Here's what I did to fix... moved app to device storage as described in previous thread, reboot, let it download again. .. No issues since. I did not have to reinstall app.

the problem can be.. the downloading thing , because whenever game downloads anything it overrides the whole folder instead of just that one file which is getting download, so whenever it downloads those android1/2.... Things all other which were previously downloaded are vanished and when it goes to android_patch1/2.. or something, the other file vanishes from the storage, so even on my android I couldn't get past the loading/authetication screen after patch download is over... And maybe when its in internal it couldn't override the whole folder...

I had seen this since I was looking over downloading screen of game and simultaneously in my file manager to the files, and it was suspicious so telling :)

I uninstalled the game few month ago.. i just Downloaded it again.. and the game is in SD card but it still downloading data in phone storage... i tryed what they said in the link to fix but it didnt... the game data was in Android>Data>sts folder but now its empty..
