Can u have a grand para gem? And if so have u seen one?(personally I wouldn't waste mine on do overs .-.)

No, there is no grand Paracelcus gem. It sockets in regular form only. The devs did not want anyone to feel "cheated" by not getting a grand gem after working so hard to obtain platinum tier in the Halloween Event.
