Hope you all keeping well during the crazy times we are all going through!

Unfortunately my supposed 3 week vacation is still on going (been 6 weeks now *facepalm*) and I don’t seem to have much hopes of getting back home for several more weeks still which is why I haven’t been able to sit around AFK XD

However in the mean time please find the recent update to our joining and recruiter rank requirements on the first page of the guild thread and do your best to remember it =p


Just to save a bit of scrolling here it is again...

For joining: lvl 71+, 25k pve kills and 20k aps
For recruiter: lvl 76 and 25k aps


You will see officers enforcing this over the next few days and a final clean up take place on Sunday 3rd of May 2020.

Hardcore toons are still all welcome as long as your main is in the guild.

Inviting your Alts will require having a Main toon in guild, meet level 71 requirement and have either
25k pve kills or 20k aps.

Just wanted to say sorry for the delays I should have been back home by now however couple of weeks ago (2/3 days before flying back) I was involved in quite a bad motorbike accident which is what’s put a delay for my return from vacation as I’m not allowed to fly until I had healed/recovered *facepalm*

Well as of today it has now been 7 years since I spent 50,000 gold and bought a guild charter and called it High Society ^,^

A Happy Birthday to the guild and thank you to all the nabs that have come and gone over the years along with the ones from those who have been around since the start along with the ones who have recently settled in.

Over the years we have gone through leaps n bounds from the guild hitting leaderboards to our members also doing the same, still THE ONLY GUILD to have ever come first for 3 consecutive seasons for banners during seasons 14,15.16 and the end of season 19 upon... Seeing all the hard work you have all been putting into your characters and alts I have great confidence in all your work that we will be up at the top yet again ^.^

So thank you all again for an amazing 7 years and here's to several more ahead of us ^.^

Well, my high nabs... 7+ years of our since our doors opened, we have accomplished yet another record for ourselves!

I stayed quiet last week when we hit 5th as we had done some a couple of times in the past briefly however this week was a precedent and the guild has hit 4th this week on the leaderboards!

Thanks to all your hard work that's been put in we've already achieved and still the number 1 guild when it comes to banners/leaderboards and as a collective the guild is getting better each week and its showing!!

As many of you are aware, for the last MANY years since migrating the guilds out of game chat from WeChat we have been using the Line app for quite a long time.

To get with the moving times (although I had started it over a year ago) over the last few days, I have been sweep and cleaning the dust from the High Society Discord server.

It is at a stage now to be able to start accepting people inside, so you will all be seeing more about it in and out of the game, and with the way the world is going its best to go with the flow and bring our selves all up to date with exciting and fantastic technologies!

All have been doing absolutely amazing with leaderboard banners and record runs season after season!

Top Players, Hardcore, Seasonal, Elite Maps, and Crypt Tombs, been covering them all. Recently been including Planner Arena to that list along with most recently now Hauntlet leaderboard as well!

23/06 - We were average ranked 5.8
30/06 - We were average ranked 5.7
07/07 - We are average ranked 5.4


I only have 19/5 ranking which altho we hit 3rd overall, our average ranking was 8.6. Im sure if hunted for rankings for each week can be found but the fact remains for months now all have you have done nothing but continuously keep developing and growing as players and the consistent weekly rankings improvements is absolute proof of that <3

Umm everyone is from another guild at 1 point in time or another but no i don't poach if that's what you are referring to and I'm not a fan of it either. If I want a particular person in my guild I would take the entire guild and their friends with them as well XD

Who you choose to recruit is your business? altho rather restrictive having ONLY Latin players but whatever works for you and your friends :)

I don't think Altitude is a spy, they were just having fun in other guilds for a short while. Spies are not needed since Remiem posts the monthly guild rankings in details, and it does a better job than any spy could ever do.

That also means we don't really think you were poaching any members. After all, if they decide to leave a guild it's their decision alone, nobody can forcefully drag someone out of a guild.

The Apotheosis


With the New year, New Season, and High Societies 8th year now upon us... It is time for an overall level/clean-up!


As you are all aware requirements have recently been updated to needing 30k APS (The Apotheosis title) and 100k PvE kills.

So, to be in line with requirements we will be giving everyone until the 14th February 2022 to make sure everyone in the guild meets the new requirements.

Every resource and knowledge you need to achieve this goal is readily available to you all on our Discord server from Elite Boss Locations, Daily Events Calander, Consternation AP, Crafting Sets guides, Fastest Elite Maps to run for bosses, and plenty more!


If you already have met the requirements...Take a screenshot and upload it in the #📸requirements-ss📸 channel on Discord to make sure you're off the naughty list!

The Apotheosis - Update

So it has been over a week since introducing the "The Apotheosis" event and ensuring every member meets the guild requirements by the 14th of February... So how has it all been going?

Well, so far we introduced the Wanted Bosses feature onto our discord server which has been used and helped quite a few already getting those elite bosses aps!

With the music bot on the discord also getting an improvement, with some great tunes on the playlist and high audio quality quite a few have also been using the DJ to listen to music with guildies whilst doing those runs in elite maps!

Nearly 10 people using it all at the same time at 1 point!!!

Well, it sure has been quite a journey for the last several weeks!

Nothing has changed from the previous updates in regards to everyone grinding away, the discord server has gone over a little overhaul to make it a lot easier and nicer to navigate around!

We have also had a pruning of members today too!

The effect it will have on our ranking on the leaderboard in game will be interesting (if we are still in it XD) however a firm believer in quality over quantity and we now probably have the lowest amount of people in guild that we have ever in a VERY long time!

2nd week into season 25... Looking strong! With most farming those APs, some starting up seasonals, and now every out farming those eggs away its quite the start to the new season!

We did, unfortunately, have a few technical issues with our Discord music bot which was a great companion whilst running however it's now back and better than ever!

Well, I'll gladly take the blame for last week's performance as after a little tidy up and trimming of our garden, this week you're all gleaming in full glory <3

Quite the significant difference in overall ranking when looking at the rest of the leaderboard this week too!

This week we've nailed "Be Cool"...

Last week we "Stayed Chilled"...

Being 8 times seasonal #1 guild (that's 2 years worth of #1 so far! ) which is the best in the history of this game...

Seems we've also already done "Make Yourself at Home" by establishing dominance by being the best guild in the game and its history.

I've been playing since 09-13 and the guild was created on 31-12-13...

In all my years never have I seen genuinely great and decent players who help each other out, motivating one another to better themselves all whilst enjoying themselves!

Do tease each other at times but it always comes from a place of love and pretty much as any siblings would within any other family out there, so a family is what it has most certainly is and continue to be.

We've even gotten to the stage of some of us in the guild actually meeting up even in real life!

With bonds in and out of the game and nearly as many banners as members for last season, you all are truly a perfect example of quality over quantity!

This isn't something either that has only recently come about... our community has also been on the game's leaderboards for the last 7 years!

Anyone that has truly been toxic has never lasted in our environment of love so keep doing what you are all doing, don't ever pay attention to the toxicity out there, and keep true to your amazing selves!

High Society Hibernation

I know a lot of you have most likely been wondering why the guild and myself has gone quiet over the last month or so.

So save people having to use their imaginations and to answers to some questions about what’s happening…

1. I’m personally taking a break from all forms of gaming, running a guild. I am going through changes in my own life. I wish I could spend more time on AL but I have so many other responsibilities now it just isn’t feasible for me to keep up with it all hence taking the time off.
2. A lot of the HS officers are also in similar situations so there isn’t any replacement guild masters
3. The High Society time team (Basement Rats) are also taking a well deserved break from the guild to venture out and do their own thing

I want to also dedicate this message to giving thanks…

- [ ] To Demon and his timed team… for all their hard work, support and achievements they have earned for themselves and kindly shared with the rest of the guild over the years…
- [ ] Thank you <3
- [ ] To Amdelight… for your emotional support and guidance in life also stepping up and taking it upon themself to keep the guild clean and tidy during its hibernation also calming people down during the confusion of what’s going on…

Srsly I could write a lot about this guild in a good way
I’ve never seen a guild stay up this long like this while trusting that the gm position could be handed off between several ppl without a worry- speaks volumes

Baron is one of the best gm’s of all time & im counting my experience in pl to boot

I was lead to believe that I would need to come away from AL to be able to focus on sorting out my future hence why I was going into retirement.

The guild was never given away to anyone.

After some changes to real life situation I am able to devote time again to managing the guild and along with seeing and hearing how changes were being implemented without my knowledge or consent, I am back to restore order and maintaining our glories community.

I will be making the changes and updates needed on our website forums and discord over the following week (some updates done soon) .

I, Baron, am still the guild master of High Society and will continue keep being so.

Carrot has earned a well-deserved 1st place with a total amount of 1195091 kills,
2nd place belongs to Deviant Misfits with a total amount of 390282,
3rd place the peeps of High Society with total amount of 302738 kills.

Well, it's been nearly 2 years since I've last posted one of these... but once you learn how to ride a bike... XD

So been gone for nearly 2 years with the HS doors closed... and decided to slowly make a quiet return a couple of weeks ago.

After visiting and catching up with some old friends and with them helping ignite some sparks in me, decided to also reopen the doors to High Society once again.

Things will be a little different this time around.

High Society will be focusing only on creating and maintaining an environment catered for Adults/Grown Ups, who still quietly play and enjoy themselves within Arcane Legends.

The easiest way to think of it is like the atmosphere/environment you would find walking into a Bar on a Friday night...

Everyone doing their own thing, meeting new friends and most importantly having a great time ^.^

We will also be a little more exclusive with the invites to the guild.

The ONLY requirements to join will be to have a friend already in the guild and to be an older/mature player.

This post is long overdue!

I wanted to first give a shoutout to Baron and Leeelooo for making this happen.... the resurrection of one of the greatest and most veteran guilds of the game. Many of us have been spread across several guilds in this game and we put the work in to come together finally with HS as our home. The vibe of HS brings back some of the old feelings of being in a guild- friends playing together and having a great time. Our environment is positive, guildies helping guildies on what they choose to work on whether that is running events, APs, or PvP. I have made new friends in this game that I would not have an opportunity to meet before, and this is probably the most valuable aspect of HS.

Our server is active and we spend time on VC when we are running, or just to chat and hang out.

Many players in Arlor have deep loyalties to their home guilds and we understand this. It took a leap of faith for us to all come to HS to see if it would work.... and so far it's been the most fun I have had in Arlor since I returned!

Our doors are open. If you have a friend in HS, and you are an adult, you are welcome to join.

The season also ended the other week, and although we hadn't been back for the entire season, we still did an amazing job of coming back into the rankings, especially into the top 10!

The Discord server has also been getting some updates recently.

We have been trying out the weekly giveaway, and I'm not surprised, but it has been a popular bit of fun! So we will be continuing it going forward. An easy way of looting random Badges/Titles/Eggs/etc. to help progress those APs along.

Honestly with no ap requirements or really any requirements the guild has been great for me. We have a wide range of players that do different things. Everything from standing in town chatting to timed runs and pvp. Our only friends rule has worked so well the guild is a lot of fun. Our one guild rule is to have fun and enjoy playing. If you're not having fun people are free to go anywhere. We are mostly an older group and that has also been really nice and cut down on the drama. I've made some real frienda here and can't wait to meet more of them in rl.

My main point is there is something special about this group and I wouldn't change it for anything.

The guild is definitely growing! We continue to have a drama-free / adults guild that play because we enjoy being around each other in game and offline. I could not have asked for a better group of friends to come together and resurrect HS.
