supposedly the recipes and materials will become drops later on but not sure at all. Platinum material can be bought with gold, but the recipes themselves cost platinum.... and A lot of it...

but why buy the recipes if you can't get the items you need to use in them?

Actually I used 2500 gp to buy 1 thread to make 1 useless hat. and item could not be sold or traded. after that I gave up and went back to leveling. Not a big crafting fan anyhow.

I just have one basic question. Is there a way to craft anything useful at a level lower than 50? I gather that the good crafts are only made at BS forge and the BS daily quests are where the good drops are for >50 ingredients, but what do we do if we don't have a lvl 50 char?

I think the level 5 and level 15 pink armors look interesting. I noticed 7 stat points on some. That's a huge bonus at those levels.

I THINK it drops from random bosses throughout the whole game. idk..
but i know you can get simple ingredients from the dude in forest haven and high level green ingredients from daily quests in BS
