Test Server Causing Performance Issues?

I dont know if anyone else feels major perfomance issues on the normal server. Like hickuping and framerate delay. Latency in skill usage as well. Maybe bc of test server? Its driving me nuts in pvp

yes, bcos of beta server it makes the normal server lag, same as when they first launch the beta server, we experience heavy lag that time that makes me uninstall the game
