Most of the times when I was roaming inside a PvP map, some Rogues with 2-5 para-stone are now able to 3-4 hit my Warrior or sometimes 1 combo when they off from my screen. So I'm just wondering is it Warrior isn't tanky enough or Paracelsus stone is a mistake to make?

Just do the math. Use Para = Less HP. :)

You either joined a room with 'professional' twinks, or you aren't 'strong' enough. The Para stone is one hell of a strong item for twinks. And if I remember correctly, warriors had a buff, while rogues a nerf. So hopefully you'll get your revenge soon enough. :)

undergeared is my guess. I eat those rogues for lunch.
try different skills. Axe is awesome to pull those out of screen rogues to you. Then SSmash them into the ground! Jugg is a MUST too!! :)
