I see that it stacks with other elixirs. Does anyone know if it stacks with itself? IE +100% for 7 days.

It does not stack with itself.

For luck and EXP, only different percentages stack. I think with Abaddon you can max out on 120% EXP with 7 Days(50%) and 60-min combo(60%). If you had purchased the Adventurer's Kit(15%) at the very short time it was initially available, that would be 135%.

Don't Klass/Shaz and double XP weekends also stack?
