Will Mythic armor be...

If you are a rogue and want a great armor for lvl 31 and above, will the mythic set will be the best choice?
There are some good legendary items which have great stats, but not so sure in comparison with the mythic set?

for level 31 twink? mythic armor and ancient druid of potency for helm. yet for anything more than level 36, i think. mythic set (upgraded) is still the best choice at the moment. :) hope this helps.
