I tried to delete my level 3 archer so my daughter could make a character. When I did nothing happened so I deleted again and it deleted the lvl 3 archer and my main character named Imortul. Please help. It happened around 10 am Satur
day. Thank you!

Email support and they may be able to restore your character.

Don't know about a whole account, but they restored individual, accidentally deleted characters before.

Afaik when they have restored accidentally deleted characters in the past, they were brought back with everything but friends list intact.
