Theory on Disconnection

(3 different remapped watchers tomb 4).

I decided to make this thread since the developers seems to not get this issue. Maybe if i find out why this is happening, the developers could see themselves disconnecting as well. :livid:



all 3 of pictures you see above are pic of me disconnecting in the Watchers Tomb 4.
Keep your eyes on the ping on top left corner.

I have dc'd countless amount of times during the test in the watchers tomb, in addition to the pictures above, and seem it seemed to have a pattern.
It seems that you disconnect when you either:
1. have too many mobs around you all at once
2. have too many mobs attacking you all at once

from what i have tested, i found that i dc'd every time i was surrounded by chunk of mobs, as you can see on the picture.
Another thing is, that the person that is surrounded by the mobs is the only one that dc's.

I've tested maybe 15 times, and out of the 15 times, i dc'd 15 times doing this test, therefore, I can assure you that this disconnection is from a bug in game, not the connection.

I'll use 200-300 within 15 minutes anyway.

It also applies in town. I noticed that whenever I stay in an overpopulated town, my ping goes beyond normal, which leads to disconnection.

I disconnect PLENTY OF TIMES with small hordes as well

Dont really need potions to clear wt4 at this levels. A 5/5 heal and normal attacks will do. JS
