Only 26/30 Balefort Sewers quests available

Been running around in every single campaign area/map looking for these last four quests, but can't seem to find them - are they not implemented yet? This thread (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?18748-24-30-Balefort-Sewers-quests) has several other players stuck on 26/30 as well.

Yup. I mentioned this in another thread Monday night. Tried repeating the daily quests just in case they reset; no change.
