It's been stated that there is no reroll on recipe. It's on it's own loot table and you just get it or you don't. I don't remember where I read it but it was said by someone from STS.

Must be buffed by either lix or some other sort of buff. No offence but that kind of damage and crit just is not possible when your health is 5k and mana 2k.

Also is it an arcane rarity amulet or mythic? Because when I checked details of the recipe, it showed that it allowed us to craft Amulet name ( can't remember the name atm.

No, it can be re-used but the amulet is not tradable and neither is the recipe after opening the chest that it comes in
