In pvp people seem to have one or two pets they use depending on the situation (clash or duel or solo etc..). If there were some type of system in place to encourage players to use other types of pets in pvp i think itd make it a bit more fun. Heres my idea:
Pets getting "tired". Unlike the happiness bonus, this will be from using the same pet in pvp for too long. It would force people to use a variety of pets. Im not sure the mechanics as im hoping others can help with some ideas..
Also, regarding fairness; Those whom cannot afford arcane pets are at a major disadvantage. I suggest making this limited to arcane pets in pvp. Itll kind of even the playing field and will shake things up a bit. Id sure like to see more pets being used in pvp though. People push very hard to get that one pet that tips the scales in pvp. Boring.
I did not elaborate my thoughts on this one too much for a reason. Id like to see what other pvpist think of this idea.
