Ugh we have so many things going on, one more effect is no. The proc is crystals and a huge ring, that is PLENTY on the amulet.

When they fix the lag it is kinda lame with no town effects tho...
But yeah, lag goes first.

From a PVP perspective, I'd like particle effects for the amu purely so I can avoid those users! :p

All mythic should have effect to DC players
