as you know the new mythic pendant has been released which requires the recipe
ive had so many questions like- does this recipe only drop on a reroll or do we need to buy luck kits for the recipe to drop

do not waste money on luck kits its simply a random drop WITH the elite master chest but only after all 4 bosses have been killed
