I'm looking for a good pve rogue build at lvl 12 :) just for doing events and farming jarl :3

This is good for pve only, dont use it in pvp. :3

5/5 aimed, 2/5 shadow piercer (main and the one that hits extra targets), 2/5 heal (main and heal over time). Full dex. Passive int. Wear Haunted Ring of Will with a +8 mana regen pet to pve without using many potions.

Would go the same with earl. But swap int passive for agility :)
