If someone waves at you while you have Big love equipped, they automatically equip it too. notice me saying "Wave for a heart hat!"

haha I just got the free one (one heart) just now. You can get the main two hearts valentine vanity hat from the valentine item in platinum store. then you can get the free one by waving at the people with the two hearts on their head. quite cute lol I thought devs are in town.
