Has anyone tried this yet? The art looks really cool and reminds me of ff for snes or something. It's been getting some great reviews.

The most multi-tasking game I've played yet :)

Haven't gone far yet though, but they fixed a lot of crashes so I should be going back to it soon!

Nice. It seems there is a ton of characters to choose for your party. I'm downloading the game now. Can you give any tips on what characters are best?

I have only tried 4.

Knight (Or the main warrior) is the tank. Decent damage, high armor.
Berserker is like the offensive melee. High damage, decent armor.
Wizard is mage. High attack, low armor, ranged.
Theres a Healer. No attack, low armor, good heals though.

I've seen a rogue, bard and monk. idk what they do though I haven't gotten them :)

I'm guessing its an all around kinda thing, but any of them should work well if youre really quick and good with your movement :D

Thanks for the info. I saw this game in the works a while ago and was super anxious to play. It looks like there is quite a few more characters too, at least the ones I have seen in the youtube vids. The art just looks so damn cool.

Yup, it really maximises the use of the iPad. Thats how I really learned to love it. It got a bit hard on the iPhone though, since the iPad was so lovely to do multitouch and move around all your characters at once :)

Bummer, I'm stuck on a 3gs iPhone. The more reviews I see (including the recent contest winner) it makes me want one that much more. I'm not sure if the price warrants my need for a bigger screen though, as I wouldn't use it for anything more than games.

Mmmm true. I guess it could work, I personally haven't tried yet on the phone, since I keep most my games and long-running apps on my iPad. It should be fine though, since its designed for both. No bad reviews saying its not good on phone right?

I bought the game and love it. I'm using the black knight, monk (own f**cking owns), cleric, and mage. I'm on the 3rd chapter and just about to the last boss. I still have about 4-5 more people to unlock, can't wait to see who they are.

Apparently the devs of this game already have a ranger class in the works and will be coming out with updates for more chapters. I just love the look and gameplay.

Wow, loving this game more as I get into it.

I'm doing 2 barbarian, 1 knight, 1 healer. I found the monk a bit useless since it barely does anything actually noticeable.

Its annoying too how a healer can heal herself but you'll have to drag away, then to herself. :P

Is there some sort of farming map too? Been trying to find a map to just do over and over for a bit to upgrade my gear. It seems I just keep moving to the next.

Ellyidol if you need gold, just put one person in your party, go to the 3rd arena, and just let your guy die. Even with no kills, you still get a 5/6 tier item, that can you sell for gold. Rinse and repeat.

I got my Cleric/BlackKnight/Monk/Mage to lvl 30+ so I'm done with them for now.

I started new with Bard/Rouge/Witch/Pirate(Barbarian) and boy, what a difference.

No doubt my 2nd group would kick the first groups butt. The Barbarian and Rouges output a ton of dmg, especially when using the Barbs buffs, and using the break armor skill with the Rouge, meanwhile your Bard is buffing your Barb to make him own even more. The Witch's Horror move is the best thing in the game, as far as I'm concerned. The Bard's buff and heals make him so much better than a the Cleric. Also, he has a move the automatically cools down all of the other players skills. Stick 2x +6 second cooldown trinkets on him and you are gold.

3rd arena you mean the 3rd square or the arena in the 3rd page?

Never thought of that for gold :D

The Arena on map 3, the 3rd page. Apparently if you get so many kills in Arena 3, you get tier 9 items, which you cannot get. You can only weapons/armors to tier 7. The Final boss can drop tier 8s, and the 3rd arena is the only place to get tier 9s.

Just got stuck in that massive slime boss that splits into little ones when killed in area 2. Lol
