Wouldn't Singe be better for twinking, both for offensive and defensive due to the increase of 250 HP as well as 4% dmg reduction?

Would never trade my sam for singe on a twink warrior :/ the combos that u can do with it in a vs can end fights before it even begins.

Passive mana and health regen is op for twink especially low mana icescale warriors, and the stun is too good to pass up defo samael imo.

if u compare abt stuns sam panic is much more better than singe stun but it beats sam stat wise at twink lvl with so much hp and other buffs

Being able to stun is one thing, being able to stun then panic is an entirely different thing. You could be fighting another warrior who's healing forever with singe but you will find out that even with those great stats they will never die because they always heal back from it. On the other hand sam has the higher possibility to cancel out that heal.

Under lvl 15 i would recommand singe. I'm using singe myself on my twink and I beat samael users easy.
Imagine vengefull blood combinated with singe aa. You will be able to do massive dmg.
Another thing is the power of your health is much higher cuz of the massive dmg.

singe if your vs alot more than guild wars
Reason: Samael stacks with other samaels
Singe is op when you are the lone twink tank

For warrior singe better , coz many twinks were Nekro. Sam useless vs nekro.
