2) Does the reroll elixirs change anything in terms of droping teeth?

1). Depending on gear I would say elite wilds or wilds.
2). For as far as I know it doesn't affect teeth drop rate.

Wear your lep, dpesnt change drop rate but u get a chance to drop a lock

1) The first map since it's the fastest, elite and normal.
2) They don't.
