PL Crashing after i tap Enter World on my home screen..

Ever since the update i have been able to get on once...i uninstalled.. then i got bored and wanted to play again so reinstalled it.. i get all the way to the homescreen where my toon is and hit enter world. It kicks me off and too my phone screen.. no force close message or nothing its the same every time i click enter world.. please advise me on how to fix this issue. Im using a mytouch 3g slide. Love this game and was plannin on buying some platinum this week. Please and thanks :)

Have you tried entering through the world map? Sounds like your last know position (where enter world takes you I believe) is glitched. What happens if you tap world map, enter a town, then exit back to the main menu and try enter world again?

it still boots me to the home screen of my phone.
