I was going around BS town seeing if anyone else had daily quests and came to Ranger Redtail (near Goblin entrance).
If you keep talking to him via the second option, He will say "The Gobling King was defeated but he didn't die as we had originally thought. He drug his poor broken body down into the sewer and slowly began rebuilding his power...)
First one is obvious. I check to see if the game actually called him Gobling King or not. Sure enough it's Goblin King.
The second one, I googled and apparently it's from some parts of Southern US using a dialect where they use "drug" as a past tense of drag. In general English, it's supposed to be "dragged".
Unless Ranger Redtail is indeed a Southern NPC, I guess it shouldn't have to change. :D
