Trouble logging in? Server saying it is on Maintenance? Nov. 27th Auth Issue

Our apologies to anyone having trouble logging into the game, or who is seeing the Server Maintenance notification when attempting to play. There was a hardware issue with one of the authentication servers that resulted in it being replaced. There are remaining issues from this that are being resolved. We will update this thread as more info becomes available.

Other players report that restarting their device will allow them to get in (or perhaps closing the app fully and re-launching it), or if you are playing on Chrome, hitting F5 to refresh the browser until you get it. This may allow you to work around the issue until it can be fully resolved. Thanks again for your understanding.

force closing the app 2-3 times and relaunching it on ios usually does the trick for me

I tryed closing the app and restarting iPad last night several times. Along with restarting router.

I could play for a few mins then get DCed with the server message popping up when I tried to log in.

Haven't tried yet today.

As of now it's not letting me log in on my tablet at all. I've tried restarting the tablet, forcing close the app and uninstalling/reinstalling (which worked for me previously).

It's just being stubborn today.

Very annoying issue and not just on arcane legends, on dark legends and pocket legends too can't login wow black months for sts :(

I have restarted my phone and tablet and also re downloaded the game on both devices still get maintenence screen

I got the server down for maintenance notice too, but if I leave the login page open it would show login button about a minute later and I could get in game. I've been running elite Wilds and Jagged Trail for about five hours, lagging and freezing in some parts, but no dc.

Ive been unable to log on for over 30min now, server screen.. tryed restarting device and most other tips in this thread, no luck..
Edit:just got inn now:)
Im mainly mage and been dropping charged clocks with no dc for over 24hrs btw.

I really love this game I would compare it to as much fun as WOW. As close as one can get on a phone. I am totally aggravated today I've been disconnected 32 times today wasted plat I paid for on elixirs just to not be able to use them. My friends are having the same problem. I've been disconnected in every dungeon I can run at my level and at the consignment store. I don't think it fair to spend rl money and then not be able to use the product.

Just seems completely unfair plain and simple...I mean why should we have to uninstall,force close,reinstall,completely reboot system,stand on one leg,and say our ABCs backwards everytime we wanna play a game we pay good money for?? I love this game but lately the earned title Best MMO of the year is becoming very tarnished..With all the bugs and DCs and lose of plat and elixirs,bought with hard earned Gold and RL money,I truly believe some sort of reinbursment is in order...I mean if you buy a new car and it breaks down a week later a free car wash isn't gonna fix the problem correctly..I want you guys to profit from this Great game you've created and I am a huge fan,but spending money and losing gold with no benifit definitly takes alot of the fun out of playing..I hope for a quick and fair resolution.

Sts , i have a question when i run the AL app. It crashes ..... Btw im using ipad2 so please fix the app cause i cant play AL!!!!!! I havent played for 1 month i cant take it anymore!!!! I cant live w/out AL!!!!
