I think that having 2 forum accounts can result in a forum ban.
This sounds like the Harold issue but with the fourms.

Nope, as long as the other acc wasn't made to get around a forum ban, and as long as they aren't being shared, it should be fine. Fluff made another as a joke, and started posting, his other acc got banned, but his main one didn't.
Edit:
Harold got banned in game for good for giving away his acc, which has nothing to do with this.

Erik is his friends name, so my guess is either he was making it look like his name was Erik, and he was funny, or his friend IRL, Erik, is funny, thus him naming it after him.
