Lvl 3 PvP

Do people play lvl 3 PvP? I have this rogue armor.

It used to be active, I had a friend who was playing at that level like 4 months ago but recently went to level 7 because he said it was no longer active and fun.
I still see some players but I guess it's only full of dummy farmers.

Think anyone would buy this? I've seen it listed at a pretty high price for the same armor but different lvl close to 3.

When my friend went to level 7 he put all his items in auctions, they did take a while to sell but after some time he managed to sell them all.
And yes they are pretty high
